Who we are

KingStyle Homes ("we", "us") is a home builder in Western Sydney, NSW. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, call, email or message us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, suburb and information about your block and project.

When you visit our website we also record how you arrived and used it, such as the page you landed on, the advertisement or search that referred you (including campaign tags and click identifiers), your browser and device type, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, to do this.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates and designs, arrange display home visits, deliver and manage your build, and keep you informed about your project.

We also use it to understand which advertising and pages are working, and to improve our website and services. With your enquiry, we may share a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address and phone number with Google to measure advertising results.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to do the work you have asked for, such as with our customer management system (GoHighLevel), designers, certifiers, engineers, trades and suppliers working on your project, finance or insurance providers you ask us to deal with, and service providers that host our website and analytics. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Marketing

We may contact you about your enquiry and related services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to a message, using an unsubscribe link, or contacting us.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@kingstylehomes.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
